-STAMP- Never Used Accounts

...Because it's just TOO annoying when you think about name for new account and you get AWESOME name, you search it in dA and there IS an account with that name... for 8 years... and it has 45 pageviews, NONE comments and NONE deviations. WTF? /shot

I didn't meant to do this stamp, but after incidents which happen to me today with those empty accounts and the fact that I couldn't find any stamp of those on dA, I've decided to make one myself .3. I don't rly believe anyone'll use it, because I think rarely anyone cares about those empty accounts but hey, THAT is just crazy:
